Public Health Measures for Foreign Travelers Entering Thailand

From 1 March 2023 onwards, Thai authorities have NO requirements for proof of vaccination or negative RT-PCR test results for travelers entering Thailand.

ATK Test Procedures

  • All participants will undergo an ATK test procedure at Mahidol Wittayanusorn School on the arrival date as a requirement for participating in the opening ceremony.
  • At the opening ceremony, all participants are required to wear white double-layered surgical masks which will be provided by the host.

Dealing with COVID-19 symptoms

Wearing face masks outdoors and in public places is no longer mandatory. However, wearing a mask in crowded places, public gatherings where social distancing cannot be maintained, or in areas with poor ventilation is recommended.

All guests can use MWIT free internet connection when on campus. Usernames and passwords will be provided upon arrival at MWIT.

  • Electrical outlets in Thailand are 220v. Outlets generally feature flat, two-pronged plugs, so it is often necessary to have an adapter.
